How long will my WowPixels™ last?

If you paid for them they are permanent, and will never expire! If you opted for the FREE WowPixels then they will expire after 30 days.

How long does it take for my WowPixels to become active?

Usually straight away but please allow 24/48 hrs. As soon as you have requested them though, they will be reserved pending approval.

Why are my FREE Pixels suspended?

Probably because a 'Backlink' was not found on your site. Use the code here

Why are there so few Frequently Asked Questions?

Why are you selling by the block?

A pixel is far too small to consider trying to sell, you would never see the image and the link will never get clicked on. A block is realistically the smallest size you could use.

What does "Backlink required" mean?

A backlink is basically a URL on your website that links back to us. It is required when applying for the FREE WowPixels. you can use the code here to add somewhere on your website home page. It MUST be a direct link ie. not through an internal link system.

Where have my FREE WowPixels gone?

Your FREE WowPixels may have been only last for 30 days unless you renew them before the deadline. After this deadline they will automatically be removed from the grid.

Where do I put the backlink?

The backling MUST be somewhere on you homepage. ie it may be in the footer or in the side menu, as long as it is visible and can be easily found by our site approval staff. It MUST be a direct link ie. not through a link system.
